Saints RC Flying Club
The Saints RC Flying Club is one of Manitoba's best kept RC secrets.
The Saints RC Flying Club members enjoy Model Airplane Flying and Model Airplane Building.
We Have now have two fields to choose from.
Hunt's Field is Located at a shared private airstrip 1/2 mile west of Hwy 9 on Hall Rd. The turn off is about 1 mile (1.6 km) South of Petersfield or about 10 miles (15 km) North of Selkirk. The flying field is a well maintained grass field. We have roughly 5-10 acres of un-obstructed runway surface.
Duff's Field is located on the Red River Floodway west of the intersection of Hwy 59 and Garven Rd near the intersection of Chimo Pl. and Garven Rd. The field uses an abandoned section of paved highway as the runway and flying area over the East side of the Floodway. This field is a little smaller and more suited to Electrics and Foamies.

Upcoming Events
The Saints RC Fun Fly is usually held in the July time frame from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at our Flying Field. Stay tuned for actual dates in 2023. This is our premier event for the season. Hope we can get together this year to have the event.
The event includes Prize Draws and Silent Auction Prizes. There will also be Hamburgers available to purchase as its a great day on the field. This is a great event to attend and learn about the great hobby of flying.
We also want to thank other club members who support our event and showcase their planes and talent at our Fun Fly.
We would like acknowledge the contribution of Cellar Dweller Hobby over the past years. We will miss their participation in our Fun Fly Event each year.
Saints Club Meeting : Normally the meetings are held at Hunt's Roadhouse on the same property as Hunt's Field. The start time of the meeting is usually 7:00 p.m. They are held 2 - 3 times over the flying season It's nice to see as many members out for the meetings as possible. If you would like to join our club, contact to see when the next meeting is scheduled and drop in and sit through a meeting.
Golf Dome Flying golf dome flying is completed for the season. It is always a great night to watch and fly. Normally we have 2-6 members out flying, so its nice to keep in touch. Below is a video from ChrisB of some flying: https://youtu.be/BwesE58nXV8
